Massachusetts voters are receiving “post cards” from the Secretary of the Commonwealth. They are LEGITIMATE and designed to help those wishing to vote by mail in the upcoming Primary Election (September 6, 2022) or both the Primary and General Election (November 8, 2022). To receive a VOTE BY MAIL BALLOT, open the card, tear off the selection portion with the Town Clerk’s return address, check the box(es) showing whether you want mail-in ballots for both elections or only the Primary, sign the card and put it in the mail. It requires no postage. Cards are individual for each voter. If there is more than one person in a household, each must return their own card to receive a mailed ballot.
