Absentee ballots for the Special Town Election are available in the Town Clerk's Office. Voters may vote by absentee ballot if they are unable to vote at the polls on Election Day because of the following reasons:
- Absence from Town during the hours the polls are open
- Physical disability
- Observing religious beliefs
The Special Town Election is Saturday, October 19, 2019 and the voting will be held at the Bridgewater Mitchell Middle School located at 166 Mount Prospect Street, Bridgewater from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Town Clerk’s Office is open the following hours for voting absentee:
Monday thru Thursday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Late Night: Sept. 30th Open until 8 p.m.
Deadline to apply for absentee ballot: Friday, October 18, 2019 at Noon
