[ARCHIVED] Assessors beginning Cyclical Re-inspection Program starts 9/14

The Assessors Department is beginning its Cyclical Re-Inspection Program.  The program starts Thursday, September 14th.  The PK Valuation Group will be conduction these cyclical re-inspections (interior/exterior) on behalf of the Town.  State law requires all communities to perform these inspections to maintain full and fair market values once every nine years.

All employees of PK Valuation Group have been issued identification credentials to identify themselves, they have also passed a background check and their vehicle registration information is on file with the Bridgewater Police Department.

We realize that having someone go through your home may impose an inconvenience to you, but this is necessary in order to assure complete fairness in the assessment process.  We, therefore, ask your co-operation as your property is listed and measured.  Any inquiries should be directed to the Assessors Department at 508-697-0928.
