Property Values for FY 2023 are 12.84 per 1,000 of valuation


  • Real Estate Abatement Applications  for Property Tax must be received by February 1, 2023 (No Exceptions)
  • Real Estate Exemption Applications are due by April 1, 2023 
  • For Business Owners: Return of Personal Property Subject to Taxation (Forms of List) Annual Due Date is March 1st.
  • Real Estate Tax Bill Due Dates:  
      • 1st quarter due August 1
      • 2nd quarter due November 1
      • 3rd quarter due February 1
      • 4th quarter due May 1

​Values and Tax Rate will be set in December annually following certification.
​Preliminary Bills, under Mass General Laws are based on 1/2 of the prior FY total tax and divided over the Aug 1 and Nov 1 payments.
