The Town of Bridgewater offers its eligible employees comprehensive benefits, including competitive pay, medical and dental plans, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement savings plans, flexible spending accounts, tuition benefits, and wellness programming.
Available Benefits*
The following is an overview of the benefits offered to all regular full-time employees of the Town of Bridgewater. Part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week are only eligible for certain benefits at an adjusted rate.
- Holidays / Paid Leave - The Town provides benefited employees 12 paid holidays annually. Paid vacation, sick and personal leave benefits depend upon whether or not you are a bargaining unit (union) or non-unit employee. Benefits also differ by bargaining unit. Leave time accumulation increases with service time.
- Insurance - Access details on available health insurance, dental insurance, group life and accident insurance.
- Retirement - Review the Plymouth County Retirement System and 457(b) Deferred Compensation
